La Bahia

This is a wonderful seafood restaurant located in Centro not far from the Plaza Machado. It's one of the oldest restaurants in Mazatlan - opening in 1950. The setting is lovely with an open courtyard and beautiful gardens.

The service is attentive and they will go the extra mile to make sure your dining experience is delightful! Don't forget to have a Margarita... one of the BEST found in Mazatlan. Made the correct way with all natural ingredients, just Tequila, Controy, and fresh squeezed lime juice, on the rocks. You can't go wrong here.

El Tunel

This is a great little restaurant located directly across from the Angela Peralta Theater. If you weren't looking for it, you'd walk right by it. Charming and with a feel of Old Mexico you'll feel like you,re dining in someones kitchen.

El Tunel has been serving food since 1945, Serving the most authentic and traditional dishes you can find in Mazatlan. The long hallway you walk down to reach the dining area is where they get their name. It feels like a short tunnel! The open kitchen, big pots cooking on the stove, you can't go wrong.

El Bambu

Now we're talking Margaritas! You can't miss a trip to Sam's Club or the Gran Plaza without stopping at this excellent restaurant. The best Margaritas in town are served here. A must with any meal. It has an outdoor garden setting and the service is top notch. Don't miss the fresh cheese they serve here.

A favorite with the locals which is a sign of a great place to eat. Always a stop when shopping and a place to take friends and family. A don't miss! Try the house specialty Steak Arrachera...you won't be sorry.

Pancho's

You can't take a trip to Mazatlan without a trip to Pancho's. It's in the heart of the Golden Zone, right on the beach, offering the best sunsets in town and fun people watching. And, you can't get a better seat to dine on the water than here.

They have an open kitchen with dining available upstairs and down. On very busy nights, you can sit right on the sand and eat. Great food, good service, you can't go wrong here. Perfect for any meal.

Chili's Pepper Restaurant Bar and Grill

Another oceanside restaurant with a great view, offering great seafood, drinks, service and atmosphere. You can spend hours eating, drinking and watching all the activities on the beach.

It's directly across from one of the three islands, which makes for a stunning view. Perfect for breakfast and lunch and a can't miss for a glorious sunset dinner.

Terraza Playa at Hotel Playa Mazatlan

Located in one of Mazatlan's oldest and best hotels. This is a great stop to eat and relax and just enjoy the beautiful scenery that Mazatlan has to offer.

The Terraza is big and spacious and breathtaking and great for soaking in the sights and scenes of the city. Open early for breakfast and late into the night for dinner. This is a great place to go for cocktails and they have live music for dancing.

The Purple Onion

Remember the sit-com Cheers? Well, this is probably the most popular hangout for Americans and Canadians and any other guest or resident in Mazatlan. On the weekends they offer great live entertainment and dancing.

The food is good and the service is fun and attentive, and you can also dance with the waiters! For a fun night out, be sure to make it here.

La Costa Marinera

If you're looking for wonderful seafood with a beautiful setting, this is the place for you. You can't find any better seafood than at this fine restaurant. Be sure to try the Shrimp For Two! They do shrimp a million different ways and it is so delicious. Always a must when in Mazatlan. Great food, service, setting and music on the weekends. Fun!
